    1. Scope of Application
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop.

    3. Formation of the Agreement
By placing products in the webshop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.

A valid agreement is always dependent on the completion of the ordering process by submitting the order.

    4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details about shipping costs can be found in the individual product descriptions.

Payment can be made via iDEAL/Wero, PayPal, SOFORT Banking, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
    iDEAL/Wero

    Credit Card
Payment is possible with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Your credit card will be charged after your order is completed.
    Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
If you select prepayment as your payment method, you will receive our bank details in the order confirmation, and we will ship the goods after payment has been received.
Direct Bank Transfer SOFORT met Klarna
We also offer this direct bank transfer. With this method, we receive the transfer amount immediately, which speeds up the entire ordering process. You only need your account number, bank code and PIN. 10. Cancellation Policy
Below you will find information about the conditions and consequences of your legal right to cancel mail order orders.

    Right of Return
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) or, if the goods were delivered to you before the end of this period, by returning the goods. The cancellation period begins upon receipt of this written notice, but not earlier than upon receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of repeated deliveries of similar goods, not earlier than upon receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not earlier than upon fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246, Section 2 in conjunction with Sections 1, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations under Section 312g, paragraph 1, sentence 1, of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246, Section 3, of the EGBGB. Timely dispatch of the cancellation notice or the goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

    Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties are obligated to return the goods or services received and to reimburse any benefits accruing therefrom (e.g., interest). If you cannot return the goods or services received, or any resulting benefits (e.g., benefits of use), in whole or in part, or only in a damaged condition, you must compensate us for this. You are only obligated to compensate us for any diminished value of the goods and any resulting benefits if the diminished value or benefits result from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functioning. "Establishing the nature, properties, and functioning" means testing and trying out the goods in question as would be customary in a shop. Goods that can be shipped by parcel post must be returned at our risk. You are responsible for the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to your order and the price of the returned item does not exceed €40, or if, in the case of a higher-priced item, you have not yet paid the full purchase price or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of your cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be shipped by parcel post will be collected from you. Refunds must be processed within 30 days. This period begins for you when you send your cancellation notice or return the item, and for us when we receive it.

The cancellation notice should be sent by email to: [email protected]

The right of cancellation does not apply to distance contracts
for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, or which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, spoil quickly, or are past their expiry date

    11. Cost Allocation When Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
We reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs if you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as described above, as follows: You are responsible for the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to the order and the price of the returned goods does not exceed €40.00, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet paid the purchase price or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal.

    12. Retention of the Contract Text
We will retain the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view and download the General Terms and Conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in your customer account.

    13. Contract Language
The language available for concluding the contract is Dutch.
