Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?

Unfortunately it is not possible to combine two orders. We ship several dozens of orders every day and the processes have been automated to such an extent that it is not possible to look for orders and combine them.
You can however request that we cancel your order, provided its status is not yet marked as ‘Shipped’ or ‘In backorder’ by our system.

What does the status of my order mean?

In your account you can find information on the status of your order. An order can have the following statuses:

  • Processing
    We are still sorting your order.
  • Awaiting payment
    You have opted to pay via Bank transfer. We are still waiting for the credit to be transferred into our account. We will keep your order for a maximum of 14 days.
  • Shipped
    Your order has been shipped, but obviously it still has to be delivered by the courier.
  • In backorder
    Your order contains products that still need to be delivered by our wholesaler. Products will usually be delivered quickly, so everything can be shipped at once. If this is not the case, we will keep your order for a longer period of time. We will inform you if this happens. The products that are in stock can be sent in consultation with you. It can happen that your order will be completed and then placed in backorder shortly afterwards.

Can I change my order?

We strive to ship all orders placed before 16.00 hrs that same day. You cannot change your order. You can however ask us to cancel an order, provided its status is not yet marked as ‘Shipped’ or ‘In backorder’ by our system.

Business orders

We also supply our products to corporate clients. We offer interesting discounts based on quantity if you order more than one of the same article. You can save approximately 8% on an order of ten of the same articles. For charity organisations we can make special arrangements.
