How do I get a discount code?
We have regular promotional campaigns or discount codes.
To be informed about this, you can sign up at the bottom of each page for our newsletter or resemble our Facebook page.
What are Petducats?
Petducats are the savings points of Petduka. You can earn them with certain personal promotions. One Petducat has a value of € 0.25.
For each spend of € 50 you earn 2 Petducats. So will an order of € 105 deliver 4 Petducats.
For any affiliate who purchases at Petduka you will receive 8 Petducats.
You can invite friends to share your affiliate link on social networks or send the link by mail. This Affiliate link can be found in your account under "My Affiliates."
If somebody buys via this link you will earn Petducats.
You can also earn Petducats if you refer to your own Facebook page in your account.
Petducats can be exchanged in an order of at least € 1 (4 Petducats). An overview of your Petducats can be found in your account. You can of course also give Petducats to friends. From the My Affiliates tab in your account, you can invite people to place orders through your account.

Do you have a complaint? We would like to resolve this as best as possible.
We always strive for a mutual solution in which both parties are satisfied, for this we are dealing with a complaint procedure. If you have a complaint, you can send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In Petduka complaints will be answered as soon as possible, usually within one business day you will be contacted by mail or phone.
