PUUR Parasitus makes the environment in the intestines unattractive for parasites, which increases the intestinal resistance. In addition, the resistance to unfavorable bacteria and fungi is also increased. If this medicine is used preventatively against intestinal parasites, we advise to have faeces examination performed at a veterinarian. With a worm infection, the dog or cat has to be treated with a wormer.
PUUR Parasitus is also available for horses.
PUUR Parasitus for the dog and the cat are capsules, which can be given in a treat. In addition, it is also possible to break the capsules open and sprinkle the content over the food. First moisten it with a little bit of water, so that it sticks to the chunks and is not blown out of the bowl. Depending on the risk of infection you can administer PUUR Parasitus several periods per year. In case of a high risk of infection you give it every 2 months for 10 days, with a small risk of infection you give it per quarter for 10 days and with a low risk of infection you give it 2 or 3 times a year for 10 days. This product can also be given permanently in a maintenance dose.
