Product description

Amflee Combo Cat/Ferret kills fleas within a day and prevents flea infestation for 4 weeks.
Kills ticks and has a repellent effect against ticks for 2 weeks in cats and for 4 weeks in ferrets (depending on the species of tick).
An insect growth regulator with comes on the floor with the dander prevents the development of flea eggs, flea larvae and pupae in the surroundings for 6 weeks.
The product can also be used for treatment of infections with biting lice.
The active substances are Fipronil and S-Methoprene (known from Frontline Combo).
Drops applied to the neck (spot-on).
This product can be used to treat flea allergy dermatitis.
The Amflee Combo Cat/Ferret pipette is a one size fits all, we have 3- and a 6 package.

It is important to treat all animals in the house against fleas. Indication	Read the instructions and packaging before use. Cats: To be used against infestations with fleas and/or ticks or biting lice. Fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.): Insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult fleas persists for 4 weeks. Prevention of the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the development of eggs (ovicidal activity), larvae and pupae (larvicidal activity) originating from eggs laid by adult fleas for six weeks after application. Ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor variabilis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus): The product has a persistent efficacy for up to 2 weeks against ticks. There may be an attachment of single ticks. For this reason a transmission of infectious diseases cannot be completely excluded if conditions are unfavourable. Biting lice (Felicola subrostratus): Amflee Combo kills biting lice. The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). Ferrets: To be used against infestations with fleas, alone or in association with ticks. Fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.): Insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult fleas persists for 4 weeks. Prevention of the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the development of eggs (ovicidal activity), larvae and pupae (larvicidal activity) originating from eggs laid by adult fleas Ticks (Ixodes ricinus): Amflee Combo has a persistent efficacy for 4 weeks against ticks.
Contra indication	Do not use: For kittens under the age of 8 weeks and/or weighing less than 1 kg. For ferrets less than 6 months old. On sick (e.g. systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals. In rabbits due to a risk of adverse reactions or even death. In case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Dosage	One pipette of 0.5 ml per cat or ferret, corresponding to a minimum recommended dose of 5 mg/kg for fipronil and 6 mg/kg for (S)-methoprene, by topical application to the skin. The minimum treatment interval is four weeks. Method of administration: apply the entire contents of the pipette to one spot on the skin of the neck by the shoulder blades. Avoid the contact with the animal’s eyes. It is important to make sure that the product is applied to an area where the animal cannot lick it off and to make sure that animals do not lick each other following treatment. Extra information: Fleas from pets often infest the animal's basket, bedding and regular resting areas such as carpets and soft furnishings which should be treated, in case of massive infestation and at the beginning of the control measures, with a suitable insecticide and vacuumed regularly.
Composition	The volume of a pipette is 0,5 ml. Active ingredient: 100 mg/ml of fipronil and 120 mg/ml of the insect growth regulator (S)-methoprene. Fipronil is an insecticide and acaricide belonging to the phenylpyrazole family. (S)-Methoprene is an insect growth regulator (IGR) of the class of compounds known as juvenile hormone analogues that inhibit the development of immature stages of insects.
Side effects	In very rare cases: Skin reactions on the application site, such as scaling, hair loss, redness, itching. General itching or hair loss have also been reported after use. Excessive salivation, reversible neurological symptoms such as increased sensitivity to stimulation, depression and other nervous signs. In case of licking the administration site, a brief period of excessive salivation may be observed due mainly to the nature of the carrier. Vomiting. These symptoms usually disappear of their own accord.
Warnings	Attachment of individual ticks may occur. Avoid licking or contact with the eyes or mouth of animals and humans. Wash hands after use.
